Refunds & Exchanges

No returns or exchanges are accepted for commissioned pieces or works of art. Unfortunately each commissioned piece is non-refundable and non-exchangeable because they are made-to-order.

 

Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

In the unlikely event you receive any defective items or an item different from the one you ordered, please contact us at nikki.usui@gmail.com to receive next steps. Once we receive your item and it’s inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received the item. We will replace the item as soon as possible, subject to availability, or refund you with the original amount. If you are approved for a return, we will credit you to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. To complete, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs, which are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, it will be deducted from your refund.

 

Late or missing refunds:

If you haven’t received your refund, double check with your bank first. There is often some processing time before a refund can be posted.

Also contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before it is officially posted.
